Graduates or graduates
    - to-be of Masters course from a 4 year college from home and abroad.
    - Those recognized by the Minister of Education to have the equal or higher level
      of education, according to the law
    - Special applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or better in their Masters degree.
      Or, those with 5 or more years of experience in fields related to the applied departments

    ¡Ø Students may apply to any departments regardless of their major in Bachelor or
         Masters course

    Ph. D course : 3 years (minimum number of years: 30 months)
Ph. D Course
    - To acquire more than 36 credits, and have and average of B0 or better for the
       acquire credits
    - To have enrolled for more than 6 semesters, and have passed foreign language and
       general test.
    - To pass the preliminary, main examination of the thesis for the degree, and the final
       interview test.
    - To have published, twice or more, papers in journals that is listed, or planned to be listed
       at the Korea Research Foundation
